This is a class we schedule upon demand, students may pay and program it on our calendar freely on 2 day session. Although not mandatory, students may opt for us to ship a Coffee Kit of all the coffees needed for activities, or they can source coffees locally at their expense. Once we receive payment, we send out list of coffees needed and equipment. Nothing fancy, but you need Brewing Methods for this class. 
 
International SCA Certification ENGLISH ONLINE - Green Coffee (Green Coffee) Foundation Level (Foundation) - 5 points - Online Exam

The Green Coffee Foundation SCA Certification introduces basic concepts related to the production, trade and evaluation of green coffee. Participants will learn about the specialty coffee supply chain from farm to roast, including growing, harvesting, processing, drying, shipping, storage and delivery. Within this supply chain, students take a closer look at the principles of coffee growing, processing, grading, trading, and portfolio management. Hands-on learning objectives and activities prepare the student for basic green coffee assessments. A written exam assesses theoretical knowledge based on the basic course learning objectives.

Academia Barista Pro has prepared this class with the SCA guidelines and much more, so it is recommended for people with or without experience.

Refund Policy: The fees can be returned 100% if the training is canceled at least 14 days before starting the course in question. You cannot cancel 2 days in advance, but you can choose to reschedule your class by canceling the rate to reschedule.

Rate to reschedule: This Rate does not apply if reschedule before 14 days of starting the course in question.

The Rescheduling Fee is 25% of the value of the course and applies to Students who want to reschedule their class less than 14 days before starting.
DURATION OF THIS CERTIFICATION: 1 day
Hours: 9am to 5pm.

Includes: Class Materials and Lunch. Student will be responsible for bringing notes and pens.

PREREQUISITES: None, the Introduction to Coffee Certification is recommended without being mandatory

EXAMINATION: 
The exam is given ONLINE, a total of 30 questions, lasts 32 minutes and must be approved with a minimum score of 60%. There are no practical examinations. The student will have 21 days to take the exam online. This level does not include a practical exam.
​
SCHEDULE: This course will be scheduled in person.  
​
PRESENTIAL: It will be taught by  AST Johanna de Rodriguez

REGISTRATION: You must have completed the payment of Fees at 100% of this certification to ensure your space. If the student wants, they can pay in cash or check the value of the exam before starting their first course.
