International Certification - Sensory Skills Foundation Level (Foundation) - 5 points - Online Exam
The Sensory Skills Foundation Certification explores the basics of sensory assessment in a hands-on, interactive way. Investigate how we perceive what we taste and how to apply this knowledge to the evaluation of the natural characteristics of coffee. It also provides information on how to identify the qualities of specialty coffee, as well as an overview of how to implement it in the commercial environment.
During this Certification the student will learn to use their senses and will know first-hand what the main flavors of coffee are, analyzing it from a sensory point of view. Under the guidance of the AST, the student will learn the importance of this type of assessment and the parameters that are implemented worldwide.
We recommend this International Certification for producers, processors, tasters with or without experience. We recommend it to people curious to know in depth the flavors of coffee and what its evaluation is about.
Academia Barista Pro has prepared this class with the SCA guidelines and much more, so it is recommended for people with or without experience.

EXAMINATION:
The exam is given ONLINE, lasts 22 minutes and must be passed with a minimum score of 60%. There are no practical examinations. The student will have 21 days to take the exam online.
