Academia Barista Pro courses on Latte Art theme will be coursed in order of difficulty and skill. Each student will begin at their own pace to develop the skills necessary to achieve their best free pour figures, one course at the time. These courses are taught only to Students who have taken a Barista Course or Barista Skills Certification Foundation Level and upwards. LA courses or internships can be scheduled any day from Monday through Saturday in the mornings or afternoons or full days. Upon completion of any LA course, the student receives a Diploma of Participation signed by a founder. Our Academy Courses do not have SCA Certification.
