The registration fee:
- Basic and Advanced Brewing Methods Students / Barista Pro Roasters Customers $ 25 + VAT
- Brewing Methods Basic students is $ 35 + VAT,
- Students who have not received Brewing classes $ 40 + VAT
- No Students of ABP $ 55 + VAT per participant.
Registration for the Competition begins on Saturday, April 20, 2013 and ends on Thursday, May 2, 2013. Edgardo and Don Ignacio Gutiérrez
They started with a few blocks to cultivate their land in the Department of Chalatenango. In 2011, Don Ignacio decides to put his coffee in the Cup of Excellence for the first time and to his surprise, he was awarded 1st place and presidential position. This year, a batch that called San Nicolás A and another San Nicolás B, both are among the coffees that will be auctioned in the Cup of Excellence for the world, the first one won 1st place and Presidential Position 2013 and the second was in position 17. Congratulations!

Jossué Marmol
Jossue, is the person in charge of quality control in all the coffee drinks of the TAPACUN company and entered the competition for fun and passion. Marmol, he has competed before and today he wants first place.
Carlos Chavez
Carlos studied several courses to learn how to prepare an excellent coffee at home and to distinguish the flavors of this drink. He loves to make coffee and for his work he must always fill a thermos of coffee that he will be able to enjoy, which is why BMs are essential at home.
Oscar Rodriguez
Oscar Rodríguez wanted to enter the competition for fun, a challenge that is set after knowing a little about the world of coffee through the business he runs.
Jossette de Cáceres
Josette, who has taken several courses at the Academy, now intends to overcome this new challenge with the aim of practicing and preparing excellent cups for her family.

Victor Flores owns a specialty coffee shop called Biscuit Factory, where small miniature desserts accompany a good coffee by excellent baristas. Victor, is one of the finalists of the Barista Competition in El Salvador 2013 and he loves to compete and set new challenges.
