Introduction to Coffee
Dive deep into what Specialty Coffee means, who is responsible, what parameters should be look at.
Sensory Skills
Develop you coffee cupping skills. Learn what is required to be able to taste specialty coffee and what parameters to look for in a cup.
Brewing Skills
Learn what parameters affect the brew of your coffee. What you should be looking for in each cup and sharpen your skills on brewing coffee at home or in your business.
Green Coffee
Botanics of coffee, certification requirements, contracts, the coffee market and its volatibility. Lets learn to distingquish the coffee parameters that make it a specialty and not a commodity.
Roasting Skills
Learn how to transmit heat into a specialty coffee and be able to get the flavors your clientel wants. Learn to see what parameters in green coffee affect your roast.
Barista Skills
A practical class that shows you the importance of preparing coffee in an espresso machine correctly and what you should look for in the perfect espresso drink.
