Sustainable Coffee Industry Case and Project Analysis Consultancy

This consultancy builds upon the knowledge gained in the "Introduction to Sustainability" class. It delves deeper into key terms, empowering students to analyze and interpret a wide range of projects across various stages of the coffee value chain.

Emphasis is placed on understanding the interconnections and evolution of sustainable development.

Upon completing this consultancy, Academia Barista Pro students will be able to articulate and analyze diverse definitions of sustainability, resilience, and sustainable development. They will also be able to conduct critical analyses of current situations affecting the coffee value chain, including the development of objectives, practices, and measurement tools to ensure the success of specialty coffee projects.

This Academia Barista Pro Consultancy offers students:

• To expand their understanding of the diverse perspectives of sustainability in the value chain, achieving a deep understanding of the situations that arise.

• To acquire a clear understanding of the concept of collective action to participate and collaborate, identifying important resources to share results.

• To develop the ability to understand and analyze sustainability projects, enabling them to develop viable plans for their implementation in real businesses.

• In this consultancy, students will develop a preliminary plan to evaluate the sustainability initiative in their own context.
