DIVISADERO COFFEE FARMS - MAURICIO SALAVERRÍA

We began buying Specialty Coffees from Mauricio last year. He is a wellknown producer, with 8 years experience on the field and one who has the reputation to keep a close eye on his farm. Mauricio is one of the first producers to believe in "Specialty Coffees" and knew coffee quality would make a difference in the future of El Salvador. He owns Finca Villa Galicia, Finca Himalaya - Divisadero, and Finca El Copo, all of which have won Top 10 places in COE.

Mauricio inherited his farms and began buying more land from his family and surroundings, now he owns at least 300 acres of land all of which are growing different varieties. He processes his coffee entirely at Divisadero Beneficio.

Himalaya - Divisadero is one of his highest Coffee Farms, located at 1450 to 1600 masl and where all his Specialty Nano and Microlots are: Maracaturra, Pacamara, Bourbon, Typica, Geisha, Sl-28 and many more.

Villa Galicia is located in Concepción de Ataco, Ahuachapan at 1300 masl and won COE on 2005 and 2007. In this farm, he grows only Pacamara, Bourbon, and Pacas. Beneficio Divisadero is located in this farm.

Cruz Gorda el Copo is located in Los Naranjos and is at 1350 to 1550 masl, he grows Bourbon, Pacas, and Pacamara in this farm. El Copo Farm wins a place in COE Top 10, on 2013 and 2015.
