ENGLISH: The variety Caturra is a mutation of Bourbon discovered in Brazil in the early twentieth century. A truly exceptional coffee for its aromatic intensity and is typical strong tartaric acidity, characteristic of its "Yellow" varietal. This coffee produces usually more amount of sugars in its mucilage. It has sweet aromas of candied fruits, honey and jam. The palate is creamy with a full body, and tartaric acidity. Yello Caturra has intense Fruit Notes and caramel or honey. You can often find floral intense aromas, it is very well balanced and has a creamy body.
