Bourbon in El Salvador occupies an area of 59% of the coffee park. Its name is due to its geographical origin; (Bourbon Island - now '' La Reunion '', in the Caribbean). (Due to the color of the bean, two types of Bourbon Coffee are also distinguished: the red / red wine, and the yellow / orange).

ENGLISH: The Bourbon variety occupies at least a 59% of the Coffee in El Salvador. Its name comes from Bourbon now called Reunion an island region of France in the Indian Ocean, east of Madagascar. This variety may be found in yellow, orange and salmon tone skin, all of these very good in cup.
